Meet Kayla

Terre Haute Wedding Photography & Beyond

I've always been interested in photography thanks to my mom's passion for it and her scrapbooking the first 10+ years of my life.

I love capturing the beauty, emotion and details of the bride donning her elegant ensemble just minutes before she goes to meet her groom for their first look. The bride and groom portraits are usually the most romantic and classy photos of the entire day, showcasing the undeniable love shared between the soon-to-be husband and wife. These organic images typically become some of the most cherished of the couple and their families.

my favorite part of a wedding day are the bride and groom portraits following their first look.

What started as a passion project in 2019 has since evolved into a wedding photography business that allows me to work with amazing Indiana couples and serve them during one of the most exciting times in their lives!

Some of my very first photographs were taken using my mom’s DSLR camera as a kindergartener for 4-H photography projects. I started pursuing other hobbies in middle school and high school but always had an interest in photography. It wasn’t until after college when I decided I needed a creative outlet outside of my full-time corporate marketing job that I picked up the camera again. I dove in head first absorbing all the education, mentorships and practice I could get my hands on.

When I'm not behind my camera, you can find me working my full-time gig in corporate communications, doting on my toddler daughter and baby boy, or grabbing coffee and scoring serious deals at TJMaxx.
